Maybe you can be burned … after you die!
Yes you read that correctly. The good folks in Maine are proposing the option of a viking-like funeral pyre.
How cool would it be to go out in the proverbial “blaze of glory!?” Picture your family carrying your body and gently placing it atop a well laid out funeral pyre. Then everyone steps back and takes their seats as the funeral director somberly walks to the pyre and, with a gloriously touches the pyre with a 4-foot long flaming torch.
The fire starts slowly, on one corner, then reaches blaze level within 2 minutes.
Soon, the entire pyre is engulfed in a bright yellow-orange-red blaze–sending your loved one off in fabulous fashion – as everyone is filming the glorious send off with their mobile phones.
